Rhode Island Philharmonic Music School
VIRTUAL LESSONS CAMPAIGN - SPRING + FALL 2020
The Philharmonic Music School features more than 70 dedicated teachers with degrees from some of the finest music schools in the world. The School offers quality programs that have been recognized by the National Endowment for the Arts, the National Guild of Community Schools of the Arts and the President’s Commission on the Arts & Humanities.
Project Overview & Goal
Due to the pandemic, the school was forced to end all in-person lessons, classes and ensembles in the Spring of 2020. The school transitioned to virtual lessons in an attempt to retain their current student enrollment.
My Role
In collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders, I led the creative briefing process to develop key messaging, tone, project goals, content, budget and deadlines for this campaign. I was involved in every aspect from conception to completion including design, photo selection, proofing and editing. I also collaborated with external vendors and creative professionals to ensure quality and deadline requirements were met.

DESIGN STRATEGY

Photo
& Color Selection
Photos were chosen based on several factors including composition and color.
Careful consideration was given
to select photos reflecting
students with diverse
backgrounds, ages and a
wide range of instruments.
Bright colors were used in both the Spring and Summer campaigns to convey happiness, hope and joy.
